Role Overview We\'re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate thrives working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong \'can do\' attitude. Clients will include Fortune 500 companies and Higher Education institutions around the world. You\'ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle from generating new business and qualifying inbound leads to product demonstrations, nurturing, and closing. You\'ll be joining an established, driven sales team with realistic targets and plenty of opportunity for growth. Responsibilities Qualify leads, understand client requirements, consult with confidence, and liaise with various stakeholders Obtain a deep understanding of customer business challenges and identify and propose solutions that will address their needs Prospect new leads in line with company strategy Represent VirtualSpeech in meetings, presentations, and events as needed, building strong working relationships Ensure clients receive a superior level of customer service Liaise with the wider VirtualSpeech team to ensure we\'re aligned on our customer-first strategy and driving the best outcome for our customers What we\'re looking for: Demonstrated experience in Enterprise technology, Edtech, or SaaS sales, ideally with VR/ MR Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships Ability to think outside the box and contribute new and innovative ideas Highly motivated and dedicated to meet and exceed sales targets Hard-working and not afraid to go above and beyond for the customer Strong interest in tech and quick to learn about emerging technologies Excellent oral and written communication skills Bonus: proven interest in tech (VR, AI) Benefits: Salary: £35,000-40,000 + Commission (OTE £70k) Flexible working hours Holiday: 28 days (incl. UK Bank Holidays) 4 wellbeing days per year Enhanced pension Full access to VirtualSpeech training and an additional £500 learning budget Fully remote working - you can live and work anywhere in the UK and are eligible to work outside of the UK for short periods.
