Location: Life Camp, Abuja

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Admin & Accounts Officer to join our team.
This role combines school administration, basic accounting, admissions support, and light marketing responsibilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic school environment and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the school’s day-to-day administrative operations.
* Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping activities.
* Process school fee payments, issue receipts, and monitor outstanding balances.
* Prepare basic financial reports and maintain proper documentation.
* Support admissions by responding to enquiries, scheduling school tours, and maintaining prospective parent records.
* Prepare official correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
* Manage office records, filing systems, and inventory.
* Provide courteous and professional support to parents, visitors, and staff.
* Assist with basic social media updates and marketing activities to support student enrolment.
*Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.
* Strong bookkeeping and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in a school environment will be an added advantage.
* Familiarity with Canva, accounting software, or social media management is an advantage.
