About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join the school’s friendly office team on a full-time, permanent basis .

You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth daily operations of the school, providing efficient and welcoming administrative support to staff, parents, and pupils.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks and school correspondence
  • Greeting visitors and handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Supporting with pupil attendance records and school documentation
  • Assisting in maintaining databases and school systems
  • Helping to coordinate school events and communications

Requirements
