ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT PART TIME 2 hrs per day

We are currently seeking an interim PART TIME Administration Assistant to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced Scientific FMCG environment.


The position is based in the Knowledge Quarter in Liverpool City Centre (L3), accessible by train, bus and car. This is a part-time temporary role working 2 consecutive hours per day, Monday to Friday, for 6 months with possibility of extension. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £15.38 per hour, depending upon experience.


The 2 hours per day are flexible and can be decided the day before to fit around any commitments that the successful applicant may have as long as they are within office hours (9-5).


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administration Assistant to join our team for a part-time role. This position requires working 2 hours a day but is flexible within office hours. It would suit someone looking for part-time work around childcare or study.

Role Accountabilities

  • Support team members with various administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence and parcels
  • Organise and maintain files and records
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Perform data entry and manage databases

Critical Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus
  • Must be able to commit to 2 hours on site per day Monday to Friday
