Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer

Job Description:

  • Translate strategy into real-time journeys using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Lead product lifecycle phases from ideation to launch
  • Develop dynamic content email templates in Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Configure, test, deploy, and iterate personalized journeys and campaigns based on business requirements
  • Build, refine, and validate audience segments using real-time behavioral signals and profile attributes
  • Partner with lifecycle marketers, data scientists, channel leads, data analytics teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Conduct quality assurance across events, wait steps, personalization rules, and cross-channel triggers
  • Monitor journey performance, resolve execution issues, and refine logic to improve outcomes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform
  • Support team upskilling, platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement
  • Deliver personalized member journeys that enhance engagement and satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and effective journey execution across digital and offline channels
  • Drive operational excellence through configuration, QA, and platform stewardship
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in marketing operations and customer experience

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform
  • Hands-on experience developing emails using HTML and CSS
  • Exposure to JSON, event payloads, or API-driven personalization
  • Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization
  • Effective communicator able to collaborate across technical and business teams
  • Comfortable working in agile and cross-functional environments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-provided internet service with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid home/office employees
  • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
