What You’ll Make Happen

  • Explore new AI and low/no-code tools to enhance internal and client workflows
  • Prototype and recommend solutions that fit team or business needs
  • Identify and solve process inefficiencies with AI-driven approaches
  • Help lead tool rollouts, from planning to training and documentation
  • Support adoption through feedback, config updates, and team enablement
  • Run training to help teams get the most from new AI tools
  • Share insights and wins across teams via Slack and other channels
  • Track adoption and impact using clear metrics and KPIs
  • Stay ahead of AI trends to keep Storm Ideas at the cutting edge

Your Expertise

  • Whether you\'re early in your career or pivoting into AI, we\'re looking for curiosity, drive, and a hunger to explore and experiment—especially with new and unfamiliar tech
  • You\'re AI-obsessed—tracking the latest tools, models, and trends daily
  • Some experience using low/no-code tools like Airtable, n8n or Zapier—or excited to learn fast
  • Familiar with LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini—or keen to dive in
  • Curious and technically adaptable—you enjoy spotting problems and finding smarter ways to do things
  • Clear, confident communicator who thrives in cross-team collaboration and works independently with precision
