The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the reliability and performance of contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities:1. Test Automation & Execution· Design and maintain automated test scripts for Amazon Connect call flows.· Use Cyara to simulate real-world voice interactions and stress-test IVR components.· Validate performance and functionality of contact center solutions.· Integrate API-based tests (e.g., using Postman or custom scripts) for inbound/outbound call simulations.2. Test Management & Reporting· Develop and manage test cases, plans, and suites using QTest.· Track defects, analyze test results, and report quality metrics.· Collaborate with QA and development teams to resolve issues and improve testing processes.3.
