<p><strong>Application Support Analyst | Lancashire (Hybrid) </strong></p><p><br></p><p>A fantastic client of ours is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their growing support team. You'll be working across a broad product suite handling everything from day-to-day incident resolution through to deployment and project work.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Providing application support to internal teams and external clients</li><li>Troubleshooting and resolving software issues across test and production environments</li><li>Installing, configuring and maintaining applications across client and internal environments</li><li>Working with infrastructure, network and development teams on complex problems</li><li>Maintaining clear documentation for deployments, upgrades and known resolutions</li><li>Contributing to project delivery including implementations and new client onboarding</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You'll need:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in software deployment and customer-facing support</li><li>Solid SQL knowledge</li><li>Experience with system monitoring tools</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good attention to detail and organisational skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Bonus points for:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>PowerShell or scripting experience</li><li>AWS exposure</li><li>MySQL knowledge</li><li>ITIL awareness</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What's on offer:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>£30,000 - £37,000 depending on experience, hybrid working with flexibility after onboarding and the opportunity to develop across a varied and technical support role.</p><p><br></p><p>Get in touch or apply below.</p><p><br></p><p>#Dexter</p>
