Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning food service operations. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily breakfast service, ensuring all food preparation, presentation, and service meet quality standards and safety regulations
  • Oversee food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production of breakfast items such as cooked dishes, pastries, beverages, and special dietary options
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; place orders as needed to maintain stock levels for smooth operations
  • Train new team members on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant operations with a focus on breakfast or morning service
  • Supervising experience with team management skills; ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes in hospitality settings
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with guests
  • Background in culinary arts or hospitality preferred; hotel or restaurant experience highly valued
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food handling procedures, and beverage service including barista skills is advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership ability combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
