About the Role

As a Business Development and Sales Representative, you’ll play a key part in expanding our client base and driving brand growth across the Watford area. This face-to-face role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating, connecting, and converting — every day brings fresh conversations and opportunities to build genuine relationships.

You’ll learn how to engage with customers in person, present tailored solutions, and close sales that help both the customer and the company achieve their goals. Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Represent our clients and brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence.
  • Engage face-to-face / In person with potential customers to identify needs and deliver effective solutions.

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
