Clinical Sales Specialist, Dental

Job Description:

  • Lead growth of Henry Schein Clinical Products lines (Ace Surgical, Edge Endo, Clinician’s Choice) within assigned HSD Centers
  • Reach new customers and drive sales independently
  • Partner with Field Sales Consultants, Regional General Managers, DSO Team Members, and Clinical Sales Management to drive the HS Products portfolio into single-site and multi-site accounts
  • Grow Henry Schein Products revenue, profitability, and market share at the center level in the designated territory
  • Conduct ongoing business reviews with Regional General Managers to identify and target center-level category growth opportunities
  • Provide targeting and analytics resources to identify account-level category growth opportunities
  • Provide clinical knowledge to customers and Field Sales Consultant teams to drive sales
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for private practices, DSOs, study clubs, and other sales environments
  • Develop selling materials and launch programs and implement plans addressing DSO account needs across the HS Products portfolio
  • Use CRM, analytics, reporting, and communication platforms to document, analyze, plan, and coordinate territory growth activities

Requirements:

  • 2 up to 5 years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable outside sales experience
  • Basic understanding of industry practices
  • General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
  • Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
  • Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic presentation and public speaking skills
  • Basic interpersonal skills
  • Developing professional credibility
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline is preferred
  • Travel typically around 80%
  • No special physical demands required
