Content Writer and Project Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced content writer to support our team in two key areas:

-Developing design briefs for retail consumer packaged goods (CPG)

-Writing and laying out digital manuals (English and Bilingual - translations are provided) in Adobe InDesign

Our goal is to find a reliable, detail-oriented writer who can write clean copy to help keep our projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

-Create packaging briefs based on existing templates for new projects

-Create digital user manuals in Adobe InDesign and optimize exports to have outlined versions with a small file size

-Create digital QR Codes for the manuals in Shopify

Proofread content to ensure no errors or typos are made

-Collaborate with our internal teams to attain any information or assets needed

-Execute smaller copy-only updates to existing packaging artwork in Adobe Illustrator

Technical Stack:

-Google Workspaces (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

-Adobe InDesign

-Adobe Acrobat

-Adobe Illustrator

-Shopify

Requirements:

-2+ years of copywriting experience

-2+ years of editing experience

-2+ years of experience with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat

-Comfortable reviewing and editing files in Google Workspaces, primarily Google Docs

-Strong understanding of retail marketing, branding and messaging to ensure content is consistent across packaging, manuals, and other consumer-facing materials

-Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

-Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding

-Quick response time for assignment requests

Nice to Have:

-Experience with retail packaging

-Experience with Adobe Illustrator

-Experience with Asana and Slack

-Experience working with bilingual content
