Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Services, you will be at the forefront of our digital enhancements, transforming how we manage orders. **Role Summary** Efficient order management is a key driver of customer satisfaction and process efficiency. To drive our digital transformation initiatives within the customer service department, we are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist.You will be part of a positive, fast-paced, and collaborative culture where continuous improvement and shared success are part of our DNA.**As the Digital Transformation Specialist, your key responsibilities will be to:*** Develop and execute project plans for the implementation of digital order processing solutions, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.* Align with internal stakeholders to build the plans and the implementation roadmap.* Communicate the transformation journey and target picture within the entire organisation.* Map process workflows incorporating changes and roles & responsibilities.* Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth integration of digital solutions into the order management ecosystem.* Train customers & internal stakeholders on the new technologies and processes ensuring they are proficient in utilising new digital tools and workflows.* Monitor the performance of digital order processing systems, addressing any issues promptly and continuously seeking improvements.* Gather and analyse data related to order processing metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for further enhancement.* Be the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding digital order processing solutions.* Drive adoption improvements and new initiatives.* Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to order processing and digitalisation.**Your key skills and experience will include:*** Proven track record in process optimisation and digital transformation, specifically within order management or related areas.* Strong understanding of order processing workflows and the role of digital tools in enhancing operational efficiency.* Proficiency in utilising digital tools and systems, including order management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.* Project management skills to lead digital transformation projects from inception to completion.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.* Adaptability to changing technologies and a fast-paced work environment.* Confident communicator and facilitator with a talent for engaging and inspiring others.* Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused.* Collaborative and team-spirited – you thrive in a dynamic, people-centric environment.* Curious and growth-minded – always looking for better ways to support your team and improve the customer experience.If you do not have all key skills but still feel like you would be a good fit, please still apply and we will consider your application based on merit and experience.**Benefits** We offer a range of benefits that include:* A competitive base salary* Substantial bonus* 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays* Private medical insurance – dependant on role* Company matched pension contributions between 4% and 8%* Income protection and life insurance* EAP program* A host of other benefits such as cycle to work scheme and EV scheme.**About BMI** BMI is a new name backed-up with over 180 years of roofing experience and knowledge.
