Customer Service Representative

As an Internal Customer Service Support at Rhinox Group Ltd, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, playing a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will proactively engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction. We are looking for someone who brings energy, urgency and pride to every customer interaction. Someone who wants to grow, push for excellence, and become a key part of a winning team.

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Inbound call answering
  • Responding to customer emails in a timely manner and meeting team-wide KPI’S
  • Order entry and website order processing (UK & US)
  • Stock level inquiries (UK & US)
  • Courier inquiries including Pod\'s, tracking, and ETA updates
  • Live chat inquiries
  • Supporting the Sales Team when required
  • Identifying opportunities to support customers
  • Working closely with the UK customer service team and manager daily to deliver excellence

Customer Communication

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process orders on our Shopify, eBay, and US platforms
  • Respond to Live chat inquiries

Problem Resolution

  • Proactively identify and take ownership of problems, concerns, or issues and work with the customers and other internal teams to mitigate or resolve them quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively

Product Knowledge

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.

Skills/Attributes Required

  • An enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player with a great work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised and pays attention to detail.
  • Experienced with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in customer service role
  • Previous experience in working with daily and weekly KPI\'S and targets
