Key Responsibilities Ticketing & Reservations Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets; confirm flight bookings; manage over‑booking adjustments and re‑routing. Customer Interaction Provide courteous, professional assistance to passengers via phone, chat, and in‑person; resolve inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Boarding & Check‑In Support Facilitate passenger check‑in, seat assignments, and boarding procedures; reputed company special assistance requests for passengers with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, or special needs. Operational Coordination Collaborate with ground staff, flight crews, and airport authorities to ensure smooth passenger flow and compliance with safety regulations. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate passenger records, process credit card transactions, and ensure adherence to TSA, FAA, and local security protocols. Problem Solving Respond to emergencies, flight disruptions, and security incidents with calm professionalism; provide real‑time updates to passengers. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
