As a Customer Support Specialist – Early Morning Shift & Weekends, you will be the frontline advocate for our global customer base. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every user of arenaflex’s products feels heard, supported, and empowered to achieve their business goals. By delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support, you will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the early morning shift and weekends, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing reputed company guidance.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical and functional problems using ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex or high‑priority tickets, coordinate with engineering, product, and sales teams, and ensure timely resolution.
- Product Education: Conduct product walkthroughs, create user guides, and share best practices to help customers maximize value from arenaflex solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Capture customer insights, pain points, and feature requests, and relay them to product management to drive continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Analyze support metrics, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to support workflows, knowledge base content, and self‑service resources.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the global support team, sharing knowledge, participating in shift handovers, and contributing to a culture of collective ownership.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a SaaS B2B customer support role, or equivalent experience in a technical support environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Hindi are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating ticketing tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), CRM systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), and basic troubleshooting of web and mobile applications.
