Dental Billing Specialist (Revenue Cycle Manager) REMOTE

The successful candidate will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of reputed company account and support staff, ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities: • Managing client accounts: As an account manager, you would be responsible for managing the relationships between our organization and its clients. This would involve understanding your client's needs and objectives, communicating with them regularly, and ensuring their expectations are met. • Overseeing support staff: You would also manage and direct the support staff who work with you. This would involve training and mentoring new employees, delegating tasks, and ensuring everyone on your team works efficiently and effectively. • Ensuring compliance: Compliance is a critical aspect of any healthcare organization, and as an account manager, you would be responsible for ensuring that your organization is in compliance with all applicable payer, state, and federal guidelines.
