Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Pharmacy Technician & Data Entry Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate medication dispensing, exceptional customer service, and efficient pharmacy operations. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Assisting licensed pharmacists in the preparation and verification of prescription medications.
  • Entering patient and prescription data into arenaflex’s pharmacy information systems with precision and confidentiality.
  • Counting, labeling, and packaging medication doses while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Managing inventory: ordering, receiving, and reconciling medication supplies.
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing product recommendations and resolving issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of prescription fills, returns, and adjustments.
  • Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance patient experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in pharmacy technology or related field preferred.
