What is Domiciliary care?

This is care provided in the client's home. As a Draycott carer, you will provide care according to the client’s specific diagnosis and needs.


Duties will include:

  • Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship
  • Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
  • Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app
  • An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs
  • Observing and following Draycott Nursing & Care’s Health and Safety policy

What about the role?

As a carer with Draycott Nursing & Care, you will help with the day-to-day care of our clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, meal preparation & serving, daily activities, care plans, and lots more.

Experience

  • We would ask for a minimum of 6 - 12 months’ professional care experience
  • Flexible availability
  • Experience in complex care would be an advantage
