Graphic Designer To Beautify Photograph

As a child I used to escape to a stream where all my worries were washed away and replaced with Peace. Recently, a photograph was taken of this special place (attached as 'orginal pic') and I'd like to embellish it with artistic graphics. Much of the design embellishment I know, but there may be some artistic decisions that will be discovered. If possible, I'd like to work with someone via zoom as I'm admittedly quite picky and want to participate in the art choices. I also want someone who will lock-down a firm price for the project even though modifcations may occur when renderings are added. Additional immages are attached, described below with a summary of what I'm seeking:

1) TUNNEL: In the attached original pic, the center of the brdige shows a dark tunnel. In the center there is green bushes/plants. Instead, I'd like to either:

a) insert an angel with the sun cast behind. See attached pic 'angel in center. ' The created light and glowing bubbles is a bit too much. I also don't like how the tunnel has been lit-up somewhat. I'm not sure if this angel figure (or any angel figure) will work because it takes away from the place, becoming so centrral to the piece. As a child it felt as though something was beckoning me through the dark tunnel into the lit beautiful place on the other side but this can be depicted without an angel. As such:

b) I would like try (without angel) a sun, shining subtle rays of light through the tunnel, promising hope and beauty. The creek continues through the dark hole on the other side of the darkness and the sides should be heavenly and inviting, again the sun shining and offering subtle rays into the tunnel.

3) WATER AND SIDES: Please view Water and Sides image attached. Although this is an illustration, it's what we're going for. Water and Sides Pic 2 is a graphic attempt but it falls short because it does not appear natural....
