[Hiring] Principal Worldwide GTM Specialist @Amazon

Role Description

The way people work is being fundamentally reimagined. Enterprises and organizations are moving beyond traditional virtual desktops toward intelligent, cloud-native workspaces that adapt to how people actually work—powered by AI, secured by design, and delivered anywhere. Amazon WorkSpaces is at the forefront of this transformation, offering a portfolio that includes WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Core, and WorkSpaces Applications.

AWS is seeking a Worldwide (WW) GTM Specialist to drive the next chapter of growth for Amazon WorkSpaces. • Shape the narrative around the future of intelligent workspaces—positioning AWS as the leader in agentic, AI-enhanced work environments that transform workforce productivity and security.
  • Engage directly with enterprise leaders and partners to communicate the Amazon WorkSpaces value proposition connecting business challenges to measurable outcomes.
  • Build and scale lighthouse engagements that generate compelling proof points, then operationalize those wins into repeatable plays for the broader sales organization.
  • Establish data-driven mechanisms to measure adoption, track program effectiveness, and continuously optimize ROI across the Amazon WorkSpaces portfolio.
  • Evangelize Amazon WorkSpaces externally through thought leadership, events, and industry engagement—and internally across AWS to drive mindshare and investment.
  • Own the strategic business development plan, orchestrating key internal stakeholders (sales, product, engineering, legal, support, partners) to align behind a unified growth agenda.
  • Orchestrate field uptake and execution of key sales plays and programs, delivering value to customers through repeatable mechanisms.
