Role Description

CVS Health is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as Senior Manager, Field Strategy & Support within Asset Protection. This role leads a team focused on enabling the field Asset Protection organization with the tools, programs, insights, and cross-functional partnerships needed to:

  • Identify opportunities
  • Design solutions
  • Strengthen execution
  • Drive results across the business

This role serves as the bridge between CSC teams and the Asset Protection field team, translating tools and solutions into practical, field-ready support that drives adoption, execution, and measurable shrink reduction. The role also plays a critical part in:

  • Identifying shrink trends
  • Shaping mitigation strategies among front store and pharmacy
  • Partnering across functions to reduce risk while supporting operational priorities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Asset Protection, operations, program management, or a related field
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Strong ability to analyze business trends, identify risk, and translate findings into practical, scalable action
  • Experience building partnerships across multiple business functions to influence outcomes and drive alignment
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
  • Experience leading teams and developing talent

Requirements

  • Experience supporting field-based operations at scale
  • Knowledge of shrink trends, asset protection strategy, and operational risk mitigation
  • Experience with program design, adoption, and impact measurement

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
