Position Summary Contractor Remote Work you'll do Position Summary Role will support Deloitte's Contingent Workforce Management team to source and onboard highly specialized contract talent including sr. executives and international talent Work you'll doThe service you will provide the Deloitte project team will include: <ul><li>Support end-to-end lifecycle contractor management including developing SOWs and sourcing strategy with project stakeholders</li><li>Support project team by reviewing contracts and staff augmentation job postings to ensure compliance and mitigate risks</li><li>Provide detailed summaries and recommendations to project stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address contract-related inquiries and concerns</li><li>Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Experience with contingent labor and international or cross-border workforce matters</li><li>Strong communication skills, including experience engaging with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with recruiting contingent workforce and deployment systems.</li><li>Hands-on Fieldglass experience.</li><li>Strong organizational and process-management skills, with the ability to bring structure to a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li><li>Experience with professional services firms is a plus. </li></ul>The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $40 - $50 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
