Job Summary

Serves as a System Administrator of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Subject Matter Expert for the assigned functional area.

Job Duties

  • Performs configuration changes to the HRIS for the assigned functional area in accordance with the Change Management process and ensure highest confidentiality of employee personnel data.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving cross-functional end-user issues related to the HRIS. Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for day to day support.
  • Develops end-user training materials & hosts education sessions for the assigned functional area.
  • Responsible for the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS feature releases for the assigned functional area.
  • Recommends and implements policies, procedures, and technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity for the assigned functional area.
  • Participates in large-scale projects related to the HRIS; leads small-scale projects related to the assigned functional area.

This posting reflects an opening for an HRIS Analyst Intermediate role and we are seeking candidates for that position.
