IT Data Control Tech (3rd Shift- Fully Remote)

What You’ll Do: Our IT Data Control Technician will be responsible for assisting with reputed company shift departmental responsibilities. This includes providing first level support to both reputed company customers. In reputed company, it includes monitoring of operating systems, servers and network, schedules, and releasing jobs into production. You’ll also be responsible for: • Balancing, updating, and verifying reports • Supporting Help Desk functions • Identifying reputed company and solutions to internal customers • Uploading and downloading files for processing • Creating users and/or updating permissions • Providing leadership to internal customers • Reading and understanding workflows • Monitoring jobs and workflows through batch schedule and an interactive system • Modifying reputed company workflows as needed Qualifications The IT Data control Technician is expected to communicate effectively with other departmental individuals. The individual will work under supervision from the IT Operations Supervisor and may assume responsibilities as reputed company leader in the absence of the IT Operations Supervisor.
