About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Bring order and structure to our codebase.
2. Integrate or build application frameworks to support a growing engineering organization and code footprint
3. Own and develop our observability stack, from code instrumentation through ingestion to presentation.
4. Integrate tools for AI-driven development.
5. Identify and drive reliability improvement efforts across all engineering teams.

  1. 1. You have strong programming skills and a track record of improving developer velocity and system reliability.

  3. 3. You’ve written code and tools to support growing engineering orgs in scale-ups.
  4. 4. You have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure practices.
  5. 5. You’re a problem-solver who thrives on challenges and ships high-leverage systems fast.
  6. 6. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems as they arise.
  7. 7. You care about security, stability, and speed, and know when to make trade-offs between them.
