Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive urban master plans and strategic development frameworks. Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, developers, and community groups, to foster collaboration. Establish design guidelines and standards for urban development projects. Requirements Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in urban planning and architectural design, with a focus on large-scale projects. Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex planning initiatives. Deep understanding of urban design principles, sustainable development, and policy-making.
