Part Time Real Estate Sales (Make 60k+ in 4 months or Less)

Real Estate Dispositions Sales Representative

Land & Spec Home Sales | Remote | 3–4 Month Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Dispositions Sales Representative to help sell a small portfolio of real estate deals, primarily vacant land along with a spec home.

This is a high-volume outbound calling position. Your primary responsibility will be calling real estate agents, builders, investors, and existing buyers to generate interest, follow up with prospects, and ultimately help get our properties under contract.

This is a great fit for someone with prior cold-calling experience who is comfortable working independently, staying organized, and being compensated based on results.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Approximately 6 hours of outbound calling per day
  • Remote position with flexibility on where you work
  • Expected commitment of approximately 3–4 months
  • Consistent availability and daily production are required

Compensation

  • $800/week draw, contingent on meeting agreed-upon calling and activity volume
  • Significant performance-based commissions
  • Approximately $60,000 in total commission potential if all assigned deals are successfully sold
  • Compensation is heavily weighted toward performance and closings

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to real estate agents, investors, builders, developers, and prospective buyers
  • Work through existing buyer lists and identify new potential buyers
  • Generate interest in available land deals and a spec home
  • Speak confidently about properties, pricing, location, and deal details
  • Follow up consistently with interested buyers and agents
  • Build relationships with active buyers in our target markets
  • Identify buyer interest, objections, pricing feedback, and potential offers
  • Work with ownership to help negotiate deals and move prospects toward contract
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up dates
  • Update the company activity tracker/CRM daily
  • Track calls, conversations, leads, follow-ups, offers, and results
  • Provide regular updates on buyer feedback and overall deal activity

Requirements

  • Previous cold-calling experience required
  • Real estate sales, acquisitions, or dispositions experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable making outbound calls for approximately 6 hours per day
  • Strong verbal communication and phone skills
  • Persistent and comfortable following up multiple times
  • Able to handle rejection and maintain a high level of daily activity
  • Organized and capable of managing a large number of conversations and follow-ups
  • Comfortable updating an activity tracker or CRM every day
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and iPhone
  • Must be comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email

Ideal Candidate

The ideal person is competitive, personable, persistent, and comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone.

You don't need someone standing over your shoulder telling you who to call next. You understand that dispositions is a numbers and follow-up game: make the calls, build relationships, identify motivated buyers, follow up aggressively, and move deals toward the finish line.

Experience calling real estate agents, land buyers, builders, developers, investors, or cash buyers is a major plus.

How Success Will Be Measured

Performance will be based primarily on:

  • Daily outbound calling activity
  • Meaningful buyer/agent conversations
  • New interested buyers generated
  • Follow-ups completed
  • Offers and buyer feedback generated
  • Properties placed under contract
  • Properties successfully closed

This is a short-term opportunity with meaningful upside for someone who can produce results. With several properties available to sell, there is approximately $60,000 of potential commission opportunity tied to successful dispositions.

Pay: Up to $22,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
