The People Analytics Analyst transforms HR and workforce data into Company Confidential insights that support data‑driven business Company Confidential. As a Company Confidential Company Confidential (Company Confidential) analytics expert, this role designs and delivers advanced dashboards, reports, and data solutions that Company Confidential leadership to understand workforce trends, risks, and opportunities. The Analyst partners with HR leadership and business stakeholders to define workforce metrics, support Company Confidential planning, and communicate actionable insights.
