The Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support our talented Marketing team on a contract basis for six months, with a strong possibility for extension.

This role is ideal for someone with around one to two years of Performance Marketing experience, although we\'d certainly consider more, as long as you\'re withing our salary range, with a proven track record of managing both Facebook (Meta) and Google Advertising campaigns for fast-growing SMEs, or D2C/B2C brands (Meta and Google experience is essential). While experience with subscription-based products is a plus, it’s not a requirement.

You’re a hugely creative, analytical self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy collaborating with others, but are also confident working independently. You’re flexible, results-driven, and always eager to learn and experiment.

You MUST be comfortable working remotely and willing to learn and develop new skills and knowledge.

Scope of Work

As our Performance Marketing Contractor, you will:

  • Develop and manage paid social media and PPC campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google
  • Plan and optimise various PPC & SMM campaigns to meet performance targets (eg. ROI, CAC)
  • Collaborate with our in-house designer to create engaging, audience-specific content
  • Use data-driven insights and continuous testing (audiences, creatives, copy) to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Manage paid advertising accounts on paid advertising platforms e.g. Google adwords, Bing, Display, Programmatic, Paid Social.
  • Coordinate closely with the internal marketing team to align campaign execution with broader strategy.
  • Deliver daily performance reporting and communicate key insights and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Write compelling and targeted ad copy to enhance campaign performance and drive conversions.
  • Stay up to date with current and upcoming trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and present new opportunities for growth within the paid media channels.
  • Set up and enhance conversion tracking, including implementation of offline tracking tools where appropriate.

About You

As well as your Facebook/Meta and Google Advertising experience and the attributes listed above, you will also bring:

  • Demonstrable experience running paid campaigns on Google and Meta Ads
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills and a data driven approach.
  • Proficiency in GSuite / MS Office tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • A strategic thinker with a creative, test-and-learn approach to marketing
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities as a contractor
  • Flexibility, commitment and a data driven approach.
  • Based in Europe, the UK or another similar time zone.
  • Happy to work with us on a contractual basis and commit to a full six months, maybe longer.
  • A love for growth businesses, and of course, edtech.

Inquisitive is an equal opportunities organisation and welcomes contractors from all backgrounds.
