Pier House Restaurant and Sand Bar

Pier House Restaurant — Menu Redesign (3 Menus)

Pier House Restaurant and Sandbar (Cobb Island, MD) needs a cohesive, upscale-coastal menu redesign across three pieces. Looking for a designer who can deliver polished, print-ready files that are also editable for future updates.

We will provide: all menu content and pricing, plus an exact reference example of the style/layout we want replicated.

Deliverables

1. Food Menu — 11×17, front and back

• Full dinner menu (starters, soups, salads, sandwiches, seafood/chicken/pasta, beef/ribs/chops, sides, kids, pizza)

• Includes a bordered "Happy Hour" callout box with hours and specials

2. Brunch Menu — 11×17, front and back

3. Beverage/Cocktail Menu — trifold, 3 panels at 4.25" × 14" each (12.75" × 14" flat sheet, two-fold lines)

• Cocktails, beer, and wine sections

Design direction

• Upscale coastal theme — navy and gold color palette

• Restaurant SVG logo provided, to be incorporated across all three pieces

• Fonts: Cormorant Garamond, Cormorant SC, Cinzel (Google Fonts) – but will take recommendations

• Ornamental dividers, double-rule section headings, subtle wave/water texture elements – with a background/watermark

• A reference example matching the desired look and layout will be shared with the hired designer

Requirements

• Software: Adobe InDesign preferred (Illustrator acceptable if that's your specialty)

• Files must be editable (source files, not flattened PDFs) so the restaurant can update pricing/items in-house going forward

• Print-ready output (PDF, correct bleed/margins for each size)

• Consistent typography and pagination across all three documents

Timeline: Less than 1 week turnaround

Budget: $500–$900 fixed price (or $30–$50/hr, estimated 15–20 hours)
