Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic warehouse team.
This role is essential in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient packaging, and timely shipping of products.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in inventory management, material handling, and warehouse operations, contributing to the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to our customers.

Responsibilities
* Pick orders accurately using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems to ensure correct items are selected.
* Pack products securely according to quality standards, utilizing appropriate packing materials and techniques.
* Load and unload shipments using manual handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
* Manage inventory by stocking shelves, updating inventory management systems, and conducting regular stock counts.
* Prepare shipments for dispatch by labeling packages correctly and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely pickups.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
* Follow safety procedures diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all operations.
* Assist with receiving incoming stock, inspecting items for damage or discrepancies, and updating inventory records accordingly.
* Support warehouse distribution tasks such as order fulfillment, quality control checks, and documentation accuracy.
Experience
* Proven background in warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management systems.
* Familiarity with barcode scanning technology for logistics purposes.
* Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management software.
* Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling procedures.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order accuracy and documentation.
* Basic math skills for measuring quantities, calculating weights, or verifying shipment details.
* Prior experience in a fast-paced distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
