We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, conducting research, and ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate is dependable, discreet, resourceful, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and important deadlines.
  • Monitor and organize emails, messages, and routine correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, travel arrangements, and other scheduled activities.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, spreadsheets, and digital files.
  • Conduct online research and compile information as requested.
  • Assist with personal and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Track ongoing assignments, follow-ups, and priorities to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, colleagues, and other contacts.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling personal, financial, or business-related information.
  • Proactively identify priorities and provide support without requiring constant supervision.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
