[Remote] Remote Marketing Strategist / Consultant (Financial Services)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is hiring a Marketing Strategist / Consultant to support top Financial Advisors and their teams in the financial services sector. The role develops marketing strategies, manages campaigns and content programs, conducts research, optimizes digital acquisition efforts, and collaborates with product, sales, and creative teams.


Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and KPIs
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights initiatives to inform positioning, segmentation, and messaging
  • Manage content strategy and content marketing programs that support brand goals, lead generation, and customer lifecycle engagement
  • Define and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing programs across landing pages, funnels, and paid campaigns to improve performance
  • Conduct campaign management, budget allocation, and media planning to maximize ROI and month-over-month performance improvements
  • Develop customer journey maps and lifecycle strategies to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell metrics
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to refine product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials
  • Design, launch, and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid search/PPC (Google Ads), and social media advertising (Facebook/Meta Ads and other platforms)

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or marketing consulting with demonstrable results across B2B or B2C environments
  • Must have prior financial services experience
  • Strong background in Brand Strategy & omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record in content strategy, brand strategy, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills; able to translate data into persuasive recommendations
  • Results-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
  • You must be available to work during CST working hours to be considered
  • For Creative Circle to represent you for this opportunity, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa such as a H-1B, TN, or O visa
  • We do not support or provide training for STEM/OPT programs
  • Additionally, you must be physically located in and perform the work for our client in the United States
  • Bonus if you have experience partnering with or supporting Financial Advisors/Field Agents
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus
