The Role

  • Inspire customers through expert fragrance knowledge and storytelling
  • Deliver a warm, personalised service aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Drive sales through exceptional product knowledge and genuine client engagement
  • Maintain immaculate counter presentation and uphold brand visual guidelines
  • Support with stock management, replenishment and daily operational tasks
  • Build lasting client relationships and contribute to a positive team environment

About You

  • Passionate about luxury beauty and fragrance
  • Naturally confident, engaging and customer-focused
  • Professional, well-presented and able to embody a premium brand
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create meaningful connections
  • Retail experience within beauty, fragrance or luxury fashion is highly desirable
  • Available every Sunday and flexible for occasional additional shifts
