About the role

As a Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager, you’ll join a dedicated team supporting the delivery of Company Secretarial services to Private Equity fund structures. You’ll assist the Manager and contribute to wider team initiatives and projects that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Management: Organise and attend client board and committee meetings, prepare board packs, draft minutes (from basic to complex), and follow up on action points.
  • Minute Drafting & Review: Draft and review minutes for private equity, real estate and fund of funds clients. Support junior team members with minute writing and provide mentoring.
  • Company Secretarial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date company secretarial records, including changes to directors, officers, shareholders, and beneficial owners.
  • Corporate Documentation: Prepare share certificates, stock transfer forms, annual confirmation statements and other relevant documentation.
  • Company Formation & Terminations: Assist with company formations, liquidations, dissolutions, and strike-offs.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Request notarised/legalised documents, liaise with HM Greffier and other agents, and manage alterations to company M&As.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams. Ensure clear communication and accurate record-keeping.
  • Team Collaboration & Development: Mentor junior colleagues, delegate tasks appropriately and contribute to a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Oversight: Record time accurately for billing purposes.

  • Qualifications: CGI qualification, or equivalent (or working towards).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within financial services, ideally with exposure to Jersey and non-Jersey entities.
  • Skills: Strong minute writing, attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Attributes: Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering high standards of service and governance.
  • Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year Experience: 5 years required
