Your Role As a Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr. CSM) at brighthush, you will be the trusted partner for our large enterprise and strategic customers. Your primary focus will be to ensure that each client not only adopts but fully realizes the recurring value of the brighthush Data Command Center. You will work closely with Directors, Managers, and technical teams across Data Security, Privacy, Governance, AI, and Engineering to implement best‑in‑class modules and champion continuous improvement. Your influence will shape the long‑term success of our customers and the growth trajectory of brighthush in the EMEA market. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Adoption Leadership – Own the entire customer journey from initial engagement to full platform adoption, ensuring a seamless transition and rapid realization of value. Success Planning & Goal Setting – Collaborate with customers to develop detailed success plans, establish critical milestones, and align platform usage with their strategic objectives. Value Roadmap Design – Craft and execute a personalized value roadmap for each account, highlighting key features, integrations, and expansion opportunities. Regular Cadence & Business Reviews – Conduct weekly touchpoints, monthly health checks, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track progress, surface insights, and reinforce partnership. Health Metrics & KPI Monitoring – Leverage executive dashboards and internal tools to continuously measure customer health, adoption rates, and ROI, proactively addressing any risk factors. Trusted Advisor & Strategic Partner – Position yourself as the go‑to advisor for all customer initiatives, providing expert guidance on platform capabilities, industry best practices, and emerging trends. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with the Account Team—including Account Executives, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and Training specialists—to identify upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities. At‑Risk Management – Define and execute mitigation plans for at‑risk accounts, coordinating with functional teams to deliver rapid, tangible results. Voice of the Customer – Act as the internal champion for customer feedback, driving product enhancements and process improvements that elevate the overall experience. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, activity logs, and key data points, ensuring transparency and continuity across the organization. Continuous Improvement – Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance the customer journey, whether through product features, support processes, or training resources. Travel & Engagement – Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with key stakeholders, attend industry events, and represent brighthush at partner conferences. Essential Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience in customer success, consulting, post‑sales technical account management, or a related role within the SaaS or enterprise software space. Demonstrated expertise in consulting, project management, or business analysis, with a track record of acting as a trusted advisor and delivering measurable business value. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, approachable language for both executive and end‑user audiences. Strong background in SaaS and multi‑cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) architectures, as well as traditional on‑premise environments. Solid understanding of data security fundamentals—data discovery, DLP, encryption/tokenization, data masking, access control, and rights management. Familiarity with structured and unstructured data systems across SaaS, multi‑cloud, and on‑premise platforms. Basic knowledge of generative AI concepts, major cloud provider offerings, and typical use cases. Technical proficiency with enterprise software installation and support on Windows and UNIX platforms. Prior experience with a cyber or data security solutions provider, or with enterprise applications in security management, systems management, identity management, or policy management. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client visits and industry events. Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on experience with the brighthush platform or similar data governance and privacy solutions. Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts across multiple business units. Proficiency in data analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Certifications in data privacy (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US) or security (e.g., CISSP, CISM). Fluency in multiple languages spoken across the EMEA region.
