Job Company Confidential We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer specialising in Company Confidential and Large Language Models, with a strong Company Confidential on Company Confidential systems, Retrieval-Augmented Company Confidential, and AI evaluations, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a Company Confidential role in architecting and delivering production-grade AI solutions that meet Company Confidential business objectives effectively. This position requires a Company Confidential of expertise in modern AI technologies and software engineering, along with a passion for staying at the forefront of advancements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Design, build, and operate multi-agent workflows and tool-enabled agents, implementing orchestration logic, state management, safety guardrails, and fallback strategies for resilient production pipelines. Architect and maintain end-to-end RAG systems, covering document ingestion, chunking, embedding, Company Confidential retrieval, reranking, and answer synthesis with a Company Confidential on Company Confidential, attribution, and latency. Evaluate and Company Confidential LLMs and GenAI services across cost, Company Confidential, and Company Confidential dimensions, selecting the right mix of managed and in-house models. Company Confidential, version, and optimise prompting strategies; implement automated Company Confidential testing and regression tracking to maintain Company Confidential Company Confidential and reliability. Define and own evaluation frameworks for generative outputs, including automated metrics, LLM-as-judge approaches, Company Confidential evaluation protocols, hallucination detection, and Company Confidential monitoring. Apply classical NLP techniques where appropriate and maintain awareness of data distribution shifts that could Company Confidential model behaviour in production. Build and operate Company Confidential, secure AI infrastructure on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Company Confidential, OpenSearch), following Company Confidential architected principles and infrastructure-as-Company Confidential practices. Own the full deployment lifecycle CI/CD for models and agents, testing strategies, observability, and rollback procedures. Ensure data Company Confidential through rigorous validation and augmentation, and proactively Company Confidential datasets for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation. Requirements & Skills Agent Orchestration Production experience designing multi-agent systems with tool use, memory/state management, and fault-tolerant routing. Familiarity with Company Confidential, LangGraph, AutoGen, or custom orchestrators. RAG & Retrieval Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines end-to-end chunking, embedding models, Company Confidential databases, retrieval tuning, and answer synthesis at production Company Confidential. Evaluations Strong experience defining and running evaluation pipelines for Company Confidential — automated scoring, Company Confidential evaluation design, hallucination mitigation, and Company Confidential monitoring. LLM-as-judge patterns are a plus. LLMs & GenAI Demonstrated experience with Company Confidential models and GenAI providers (AWS Bedrock, Company Confidential, Company Confidential, Company Confidential). Comfortable with fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and Company Confidential engineering at Company Confidential. Traditional NLP Solid grounding in classical NLP techniques (NER, text classification, Company Confidential detection, topic modelling) and good judgement on Company Confidential to apply them Company Confidential or instead of LLMs. AWS Bedrock Hands-on experience with Company Confidential Bedrock Company Confidential model Company Confidential, Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, and Guardrails. Ability to translate ambiguous business goals into concrete technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
