Spa Manager

Can you soothe stressed muscles, calm busy minds, and
still keep a perfectly timed treatment schedule running smoother than flawless efflourage? If your idea of leadership involves warm towels, expert
hands, and a sixth sense for when a guest needs a deeper exhale — we\'d love to
meet you.

Here in Bath, a city built on wellbeing, ritual, and
a very long history of soaking things better, No.15 Bath is looking for a Spa
Manager to lead our spa team and elevate every massage, facial, and perfectly
timed moment of calm.

This role is all about the experience — the
flow of the day, the confidence of the therapists, and making sure every guest
leaves feeling lighter than when they arrived.

What you\'ll be doing

·
Leading,
inspiring, and supporting our treatments team with calm confidence and care

·
Ensuring
every treatment is delivered to the highest standard — beautifully,
consistently, and on time

·
Overseeing
treatment schedules, therapist rotas, and smooth transitions between guests

·
Coaching
and developing therapists so their skills grow as steadily as our reputation

·
Maintaining
treatment standards, training, and compliance (with zero compromise on quality)

·
Working
closely with the wider spa team to create a seamless, deeply relaxing guest
journey

·
Being
the reassuring presence when a guest wants advice, a recommendation, or
\\\"something a bit more relaxing than yesterday\\\"

What we\'re looking for

·
Strong
experience as a Spa Manager, Assistant Spa Manager or Senior Therapist with leadership responsibility

·
A
deep understanding of treatments, therapies, and guest expectations

·
A
calm, organised leader who sets the tone — even on the busiest days

·
Passion
for wellbeing, touch, and thoughtful, personalised service

·
Impeccable
attention to detail (because ambience, timing, and energy really do matter)

·
Someone
who fits Bath perfectly: warm, grounded, and quietly confident

What\'s in it for you

·
Work
in one of the UK\'s most iconic spa cities — where wellbeing is woven into the
streets

·
Be
part of a close-knit, supportive team that truly values treatments and
therapists

·
Competitive
pay and benefits

·
An
extra day off for your birthday

·
Paid
breaks (because rest matters)

·
Team
pantry, free meals on shift, and space to properly reset

·
Generous
discounts for you, your friends, and family across our spas, hotels, and
restaurants

If you believe great spa experiences are built on
trust, flow, and exceptional hands — and you\'re ready to lead a team that
delivers exactly that — then guess what?

We\'ve been looking for you too.

Apply now and help us make Bath feel even better, one
treatment at a time.

40 hours per week.

No agencies please.

Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
