a Technical Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth across the U.S. industrial water market.<br><br>This is a high-impact, customer-facing role focused on developing and closing capital equipment opportunities with industrial customers, EPC firms, engineering consultants, and key stakeholders involved in water and wastewater treatment projects.<br><br>If you have experience selling industrial water solutions, reverse osmosis systems, process equipment, membrane technologies, or related technical solutions, and enjoy managing complex sales cycles from opportunity business<br><br><br></li></ul>What You'll Do<br><br>Develop and Win New Business<br><br><ul><li>Identify, qualify, and develop new industrial water treatment opportunities</li><li>Build and execute strategic account plans and opportunity capture plans</li><li>Prospect for new customers across key industrial markets</li><li>Develop relationships with decision-makers, engineers, consultants, and procurement teams</li><li>Lead sales pursuits from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close<br><br><br></li></ul>Manage Complex Capital Sales Cycles<br><br><ul><li>Navigate long-cycle industrial procurement and tendering processes</li><li>Collaborate with technical experts to develop customer solutions</li><li>Support pilot demonstrations and technology evaluations</li><li>Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and customer presentations</li><li>Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful project execution<br><br><br></li></ul>Grow Strategic Relationships<br><br><ul><li>Develop partnerships with EPCs, engineering firms, and industrial end users</li><li>Represent Desalitech at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences</li><li>Build market awareness and promote Desalitech's differentiated solutions</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on water treatment challenges and opportunities<br><br><br></li></ul>Drive Business Performance<br><br><ul><li>Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting</li><li>Deliver regular business updates and territory reviews</li><li>Achieve or exceed bookings, revenue, and growth targets</li><li>Recommend strategic initiatives to expand market penetration and accelerate growth<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Required<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical discipline</li><li>5+ years of technical sales, business development, or account management experience within industrial water, wastewater, reverse osmosis, membrane technologies, desalination, or related process industries</li><li>Proven success selling capital equipment, engineered systems, or technical solutions through complex, long-cycle sales processes</li><li>Experience working with industrial customers, EPCs, engineering firms, consultants, and procurement teams</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities from prospecting through contract negotiation and close</li><li>Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, forecasting, and margin management</li><li>Ability to travel up to 50%<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>Direct experience with reverse osmosis (RO), membrane technologies, water reuse, or advanced water treatment solutions</li><li>Experience supporting manufacturing, power generation, semiconductor, chemical processing, mining, heavy industry, or other industrial markets</li><li>MBA or other advanced degree</li><li>Proven track record of exceeding bookings and revenue targets</li><li>Experience operating effectively within a
