Senior Sabre Corporate Travel Consultant – Remote

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote – United States or Canada
Schedule: Second Shift CT
Typical Hours: May extend until 10:00 PM CT; some flexibility is available based on business needs and candidate availability.

Compensation: $47,000–$65,000 per year.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sabre Corporate Travel Agent to provide high-touch travel support to executive clients across multiple corporate accounts.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in corporate/business travel, advanced Sabre GDS skills, strong knowledge of domestic and international travel requirements, and the ability to manage complex itineraries while providing exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

  • Search, price, book, and confirm complex domestic and international travel reservations.
  • Arrange and manage air, hotel, car, rail, and other travel services using Sabre GDS.
  • Provide expert consultation based on individual client and corporate travel policies.
  • Manage complex itineraries and changes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process exchanges, refunds, cancellations, reissues, and other ticketing transactions.
  • Research and communicate applicable fares, exchange costs, penalties, restrictions, and other industry requirements.
  • Provide guidance regarding travel regulations and documentation, including DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other applicable requirements.
  • Ensure reservations and transactions comply with established corporate travel policies and procedures.
  • Deliver high-touch service to executive travelers and corporate clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and client relationships.
  • Proactively communicate travel industry updates, policy changes, and relevant industry information.
  • Maintain current knowledge of airline rules, fares, ticketing practices, international travel requirements, and industry trends.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide timely, professional communication.

About You

  • Extensive experience as a travel agent, corporate travel consultant, or business travel specialist.
  • Advanced proficiency with Sabre GDS.
  • Demonstrated experience booking and managing complex domestic and international itineraries.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies, procedures, ticketing rules, exchanges, refunds, and fare restrictions.
  • Working knowledge of travel regulations and requirements, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with experience supporting executive or high-touch travelers.
  • Ability to work a second-shift schedule, with availability potentially extending until 10:00 PM CT.
