U.S.-Based Intake & Follow-Up Specialist | Two-Week Paid Trial

Easy Divorce Virginia needs a part-time coordinator to follow up with people who have requested information. No cold prospecting.

You’ll call prospects, schedule consultations and callbacks, follow up on unanswered inquiries, and keep accurate notes. Legal questions go to our designated supervisor; you won’t give legal advice or promise fees or outcomes.

Schedule and pay

• Two-week trial, Monday–Friday, at $20–$35/hour.

• Expect 1–2 billable hours/day, depending on workload, plus paid initial training.

• Log in at least twice daily and organize your sessions to cover all three callback windows: 8 AM–noon, noon–5 PM, and 5–8 PM Eastern.

• A session spanning noon or 5 PM can cover two windows. We’ll agree on your regular schedule before starting.

• Honor specific callback appointments and log all time spent on calls, unsuccessful attempts, queue checks and notes. Flag expected work beyond two hours in advance.

• No continuous availability required between sessions.

Requirements

U.S.-based, with legal intake or relevant telephone customer-service experience, clear communication, dependable follow-through, and a private workspace.
