Over the past year, we\'ve successfully managed over £8 million in Meta and TikTok ads, delivering profitable results for renowned clients such as Khanum\'s, Lucy & Lola, Ovrload, DJK, Bubble Panda, and Watermans.

As we continue to grow and expand our UGC creative offering, we\'re now seeking a detail-driven Creative Coordinator (UGC) to own the execution and delivery of UGC content across client accounts. This role is responsible for creator sourcing, pricing coordination, logistics, and timeline management — ensuring UGC flows smoothly from sourcing → delivery → editing, without strategists needing to chase creators or manage admin.

Responsibilities

As a Creative Coordinator (UGC), you will sit at the heart of our UGC production process — managing creator operations end-to-end across multiple accounts.

Pricing, negotiation & creator management

UGC brief coordination

Timeline & delivery management

Quality control & handoff

Creator sourcing & selection

Source, shortlist, and book UGC creators aligned with each brand\'s requirements.

Maintain a reliable creator bench across niches, styles, and price points.

Assess creators using clear criteria (availability, responsiveness, content quality, fit).

Confirm creator rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage terms using our standard model.

Handle creator outreach, onboarding, and ongoing communication.

Keep creator details, rates, and agreements clearly documented and easy to reference.

Receive approved briefs from the strategy team and translate them into clear creator instructions.

Ensure creators fully understand expectations before filming begins.

Answer questions and resolve issues proactively to prevent production delays.

Own UGC production timelines across accounts.

Track key milestones (brief sent → product shipped → filming → delivery → revisions).

Follow up proactively to prevent delays and escalate risks early when needed.

Run checklist-based QA on incoming content (format, clarity, brief alignment).

Coordinate revisions with creators when required.

Organise and deliver final assets to the editing team cleanly and on time.

How You\'ll Work

You\'ll operate within existing processes, templates, and tools (Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Frame.io).

Creative direction, strategy, and performance analysis are handled by the Creative Strategist.

You\'re accountable for execution, coordination, and delivery — keeping timelines tight and output consistent.

Strategists don\'t have to chase creators or manage logistics.

Creator pricing, timelines, and usage terms are clear and documented.

UGC flows smoothly from sourcing → delivery → editing.

Main Requirements

Strong organisation and follow-through — you don\'t let projects drift.

Clear, confident written communication (briefs, creator instructions, follow-ups).

Comfort managing multiple creators, accounts, and timelines at once.

Confidence enforcing standard terms, deadlines, and expectations professionally.

Experience in UGC, influencer, or creator coordination is preferred — but not required if you\'re highly organised and fast to learn.
