Job Description

Cielo is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Vice President - Digital to lead our global digital function. This role is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, owning the digital P&L, and driving growth across our suite of digital products. As a key member of the leadership team, the Vice President – Digital will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Cielo’s digital business and delivering on our mission to illuminate talent, wherever it is found.

Work Location: United States or Europe
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm Central
Specific requirements: Experience ofprogressive leadership in digital product sales, commercial strategy, or general management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior and Executive Leadership Teams (SLT and ELT) and Product team to define the digital sales and delivery strategy.
  • Own the digital financial planning process, including budget creation and full P&L accountability in line with Board-approved metrics.
  • Design and implement the optimal organizational structure to support digital product sales and service delivery.
  • Develop and execute individual growth plans for each digital product, managing results through a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People & Culture, Marketing, and other departments to ensure infrastructure and operational readiness.
  • Establish and scale a global customer success function to ensure consistent, best-in-class service across all digital offerings.
  • Work closely with the Product team to influence the design, launch, and continuous evolution of digital solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and integration, ensuring the digital division aligns with Cielo’s broader strategy and values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in digital product sales, commercial strategy, or general management.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering against P&L responsibilities in a technology-driven or services environment.

Experience:

  • Experience designing and scaling go-to-market models for digital solutions.
  • Demonstrated success leading change and driving innovation in matrixed or global organizations.

Exposure:

  • Strong understanding of financial management, sales operations, marketing, delivery, and organizational design.
  • Comfortable presenting to and influencing Board-level stakeholders.
  • Exposure to cross-functional environments with deep collaboration across Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product.
  • Familiarity with digital product development cycles and customer success frameworks.
  • Experience in high-growth, transformation-oriented business environments.
