Warehouse & Logistics Manager c£50,000 | Onsite 5 days (Brentwood, Essex) At IMPACT EVOLVE , we’re partnering with SUNS Lifestyle to find a Warehouse & Logistics Manager who’s not just ready to take ownership, but hungry for it. This isn’t a role for someone who manages from the side-lines. We’re looking for a leader who sets the pace, raises standards, and builds trust by doing the hard yards alongside the team. You’ll be in the thick of it, solving problems before they surface, staying calm when the pressure’s on, and creating a warehouse and logistics operation that runs like clockwork. This isn’t about a quick fix; it’s about laying the groundwork for long-term success. Think, high standards, relentless focus and no room for passengers. The Role You’ll take full command of SUNS Lifestyle’s warehouse and logistics function across multiple sites. From live stock accuracy to on-time deliveries, you’ll make sure everything lands exactly as it should efficiently, safely and on brand. You’ll build a dependable, cross-trained team and implement systems that scale with the business without disrupting the day-to-day. When challenges come - and they will - you’ll stay composed, roll your sleeves up, and get things sorted fast. What You’ll Own Daily warehouse operations: goods-in, stock management, replenishment, picking, and dispatch Real-time stock accuracy that powers confident decisions and smooth fulfilment Fleet and transport management, ensuring every vehicle is compliant and every delivery is on point A high-performance team culture across warehouse operatives, drivers, and seasonal staff Issues spotted early stock, delivery, or install before they ever reach the customer Process improvements that are felt, not just documented Strong representation of the brand across all delivery and installation touchpoints Safety, audits, reporting, and everything that keeps people and operations protected Projects like warehouse layout redesigns, infrastructure changes, or 3PL integrations Who You Are Senior-level operator in warehouse and logistics, comfortable in high SKU, high-growth environments Knows how to lead from the front: sleeves rolled up, calm under pressure, and clear-headed Transport-savvy (Transport Manager CPC ideal) with fleet and compliance nailed down Someone who builds trust fast, motivates teams, and keeps standards consistently high System literate, confident with ERP or WMS platforms (Odoo is a bonus) Focused on control, cost, and execution but always with an eye on what’s next What Success Looks Like Orders delivered right first time, every time No delays to installations caused by warehouse slip-ups 100% compliance on fleet and operations Peak season handled with confidence, not chaos A team that runs on clarity, accountability, and pride in the job Hiring Process Initial screening call with IMPACT EVOLVE Deep dive video interview with IMPACT EVOLVE Final stage onsite interview with the team at SUNS Lifestyle We’re committed to a fair, inclusive process.
