Salary / Rate: £12.31 – £19.66 per hour, plus up to £150 performance bonus

Overview

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading global e‑commerce technology group, THG, based in Altrincham. This is a full‑time, permanent role requiring right to work.

Shift Patterns

  • Day Shift 07:00 – 19:00 (last hour paid at £13.71 per hour)
  • Night Shift 19:00 – 07:00 (last hour paid at £13.31 per hour)
  • Rota: 4 days one week, 3 days the following week, including one weekend day
  • Options: Sunday‑Tuesday and Sunday‑Wednesday next week; Wednesday‑Saturday and Thursday‑Saturday next week
  • 60‑minute paid breaks; you will be paid for the full 12 h at work
  • Overtime 1.5× after 48 hours worked in a week

Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing a wide range of products
  • Assigning work across different departments within the warehouse
  • Labeling, wrapping and moving pallets
  • Performing general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Interest in learning new skills – full training provided
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills; good level of English required
  • Excellent time‑keeping and high performance record
  • Attention to detail
  • Full‑time right to work in the UK
