WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE (PICKING & PACKING) – IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE
ASDA George Distribution Centre | Lymedale, Newcastle-under-Lyme

We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, modern, automated ASDA George operation. This is an order picking and packing role. Seasonal Role: June – Dec 2026.

? 28 Days Annual Leave Per Year (dependent on hours worked)

Location: ASDA Lymedale Distribution Centre - Dalewood Road, Lymedale Business Park
Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 9QH

Shift Available: 
DAYS - 06:00-14:00 - Working any 5 days in 7 (includes weekend working)
Mon-Fri to begin with then moving to Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat.

Pay Rates:
DAYS - £13.00 - £14.49 (overtime £18.53 – £20.02).
Dependent on length of service, shift, overtime and bank holidays.

Role Summary:
  • Candidates will be supporting the George Clothing operation, with automated lines of hangers and online customer orders.
  • General warehouse duties.
  • Good communication skills.
Recruitment Process: Digital screening for speed and efficiency. Then a face-to-face interview and tour at the site. Then 3x days training prior to shift start.

  • Should be a positive, enthusiastic person.
  • Must be able to work alone, as part of a team and have weekend flexibility.
