As our business continues to grow, we\'re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Technician to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Technician, you\'ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and production facility. From managing stock and dispatching orders to supporting spirit production, this hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Manage incoming and outgoing goods
  • Operate forklift to consolidate pallets and IBCs
  • Maintain warehouse integrity in line with HM Customs & Excise regulations
  • Ensure effective stock rotation and inventory control
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch daily orders
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement

Production Duties

  • Assist with maceration, dilution, and calculation of spirits
  • Fill, label, and cap bottles with attention to quality and compliance
  • Ensure all production activities meet internal and regulatory standards

Administrative Tasks

  • Complete daily entries in the HACCP folder
  • Support documentation and compliance systems

Candidate Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Valid UK Driver\'s License
  • Experience in a warehousing environment

Preferred

  • Experience working with spirits or alcohol products

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
