You will coordinate technicians, assist customers, manage live roadside service calls, solve problems, and keep operations running efficiently throughout the day. Compensation • Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour $4 Performance Bonus for Every Completed (Closed) Job Top dispatchers routinely earn $20–$26+ per hour Daily pay available for qualified candidates Weekly payouts Performance raises available Advancement opportunities into Lead Dispatch and Operations Management Schedule Primary Shift 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Additional Availability Preferred Evening and after-hours coverage when needed Full-time applicants are preferred.
