Prescott Mobile Physical Therapy and Wellness has been serving the community now for 3 years. We have grown at a rapid pace and looking for our third PRN physical therapist that wants to be compensated their worth as a doctor of physical therapy while providing one on one treatment to patients. This is not your typical physical therapy practice . We are redefining musculoskeletal health management with early detection, prevention, and personalized interventions from day one. There are no technicians running patients through exercises without the patient knowing what they are doing.

Our Location: Clinic is located in Prescott Valley. We also provide mobile outpatient services to Prescott and Prescott Valley
Your mission & responsibilities as a Out Patient Physical Therapist:
This position is vital because it directly contributes to the core mission of our organization: to help provide access to physical therapy needs to the Prescott and Prescott Valley area. Support our team in their professional journeys. You will perform a variety of duties to treat including posture, gait, balance deficits, movement impairments, pain or limiting impairments, coordination.
Some of your duties and responsibilities will be:
~Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose posture, gait, balance, developmental, neurological, and movement disorders using standardized tests or observational methods.
~Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs, providing therapy to improve posture, gait, balance, pain reducing, coordination, and facilitate musculoskeletal development skills.
~Track and document patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessment and patient feedback.
~Work closely with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
~Educate and counsel families and caregivers on communication disorders and strategies to support therapy at home.
~Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
~Engage in continuing education to stay updated with advancements in the field and participate in professional organizations and conferences.
~Work closely and meet regularly with PTA's to supervise your patient's plan of care.
Required experience and qualifications:
~Degree in Physical Therapy.
~Valid Arizona state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations, utilizing your strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to develop personalized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and manual therapy to facilitate pain relief and mobility improvement.
- Coordinate discharge planning by collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home or community care settings.
- Deliver patient care across multiple environments including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, home health visits, and community-based programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plans within electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, exercises, and self-care strategies to promote long-term health benefits.
- Stay current with medical terminology updates and industry best practices to ensure the highest standard of physiotherapy services.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist with eligibility to work in various healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated experience in acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, or home health environments with a focus on patient care excellence.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice.
- Experience in discharge planning and developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Pay: $51.00 - $68.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
